I had a wonderful experience working with Marsha. We worked together for about 6 months before I made the offer on the house I purchased. Throughout that time she was very encouraging, while at the same time being very practical. I felt like she gave me a very realistic view of the market in my area. I never felt pressured to purchase something I wasn't sure about, and Marsha made sure to give me relevant information, including how certain house features would effect resale value. Throughout my search, Marsha was very responsive and helpful. Once I made an offer, Marsha was amazing. She was absolutely on top of everything, gave me very good advice and really helped smooth the purchasing process. She helped me through the price negotiation process, helped me manage multiple house inspections and a subsequent credit negotiation, and remained in frequent contact with all parties. When things got stuck with my attorney who was on vacation, Marsha made sure the ball got rolling again. I felt very secure working with Marsha, and am very happy with the home I purchased. Overall, I highly recommend Marsha. Buying a home (especially in this market) is very stressful, but she made it as easy as possible.

This real estate market has been super competitive, and Marsha was key in helping us navigate it for 9 months. Yes, 9 months! During that time, Marsha showed a ton of patience as we changed our target location multiple times, and made adjustments to our budget. She was never pushy or overbearing, which was perfect for us. Through our 7 offers, she provided guidance on how to best be competitive, and also respected our decision if we were uncomfortable. She also genuinely shared in our excitement once we finally closed on a place that we are really happy with.

So Marsha essentially acted as our local proxy throughout the entire process.
